Our Values
RESILIENCE
-
Resilience is a key value at Prospera Group, as it reflects our ability to overcome challenges and adapt to change. In residential child care, resilience is vital for helping children bounce back from adversity and build the emotional strength needed to face future challenges. It also applies to our staff, who demonstrate perseverance and flexibility in meeting the complex needs of the children. By fostering resilience, we ensure that both the children and our team have the tools to navigate difficulties, learn from setbacks, and thrive in an environment where growth and development are always possible.
DEVELOPMENT
-
Development is a key value at Prospera Group, as it reflects our commitment to growth, both for the children in our care and our staff. In residential child care, development means supporting children to reach their full potential emotionally, socially, and academically, while encouraging life skills, confidence, and personal growth through unique opportunities. Staff development is equally vital, as investing in their professional growth directly enhances the quality of care we offer. By providing ongoing training and growth opportunities, we ensure our team is equipped to support the children effectively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement where everyone thrives.
NURTURE
-
Nurturing is a fundamental value at Prospera Group, as it reflects our commitment to providing a supportive, caring environment for both the children in our care and our staff. In residential child care, nurturing involves meeting the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of children, helping them feel safe, valued, and understood. It also extends to our staff, fostering an environment where they feel supported and appreciated. By nurturing both the children and our team, we create a compassionate culture that encourages growth, trust, and resilience, ensuring that everyone feels they belong and are empowered to thrive.
TRUST
-
Trust is a core value at Prospera Group, as it underpins all relationships within our organisation. In residential child care, trust is essential for creating a secure environment where children feel safe to express themselves and build positive relationships. It also fosters collaboration among staff, who rely on mutual respect and confidence to work effectively as a team. By building and maintaining trust with both the children in our care and our staff, we create a stable foundation that allows everyone to grow, take risks, and achieve their full potential, knowing they are supported and respected.

Our Goals
1
Provide high quality care
High-quality care is a key goal for Prospera Group because it ensures that every child in our care receives the best possible support to thrive emotionally, physically, and academically. Through the therapeutic care we deliver, we support each child's unique needs, helping them develop the skills necessary for a brighter future. By maintaining high standards, we aim to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel valued and empowered to reach their full potential. Providing high-quality care also fosters trust with families, stakeholders, and the community, reinforcing our reputation as a leading provider of residential care. This goal drives continuous improvement, and ensures that our services remain responsive to the unique needs of each child.
Ensure financial sustainability
Financial sustainability is a key goal for Prospera Group because it ensures the long-term stability and success of the organisation, enabling us to continue providing high-quality care and services to the children we support. By maintaining a strong financial foundation, we can invest in resources, staff development, and the expansion of our services, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of the children and the community. Financial sustainability also allows us to remain independent and flexible, ensuring that we can adapt to changes in the sector, secure partnerships, and sustain our mission of providing a safe, nurturing environment for every child.

Expand our services
Expanding our services is a key goal for Prospera Group as it allows us to reach more children and provide additional support to meet their diverse needs. By broadening the range of services we offer, we can create more opportunities for children to engage in enriching experiences and further enhance their emotional, social, and educational development. Expanding services also strengthens our ability to make a positive impact within the community and build strong relationships with external partners. This growth enables us to stay responsive to emerging challenges and continue to provide the highest standard of care for more young people.
4
Foster stakeholder relationships
Fostering strong stakeholder relationships is a key goal for Prospera Group because it helps build a network of support that is vital to the success of our mission. By nurturing relationships with families, local communities, partners, and funding bodies, we can ensure that our services are aligned with the needs of those we serve and are sustainably supported. Strong stakeholder relationships also create opportunities for collaboration, resource sharing, and advocacy, enabling us to improve the quality of care and expand our impact. This goal ensures that we maintain trust, transparency, and mutual respect, driving the long-term success and growth of the organisation.
5
Create & enhance social value
Our goal is to contribute to the development of positive, well-rounded individuals who make meaningful contributions to their local communities. Through engaging community initiatives and unique opportunities in sports, entertainment, and the arts, we aim to nurture the skills, confidence, and sense of responsibility in the young people we support. By empowering them to actively participate in and give back to their communities, we not only enhance their social value but also inspire lasting connections and a legacy of positivity within the local area. This approach reflects our commitment to shaping futures, building resilience, and creating a stronger, more inclusive society.
