Personalised support within a warm, stable home
Meadow House is a small, welcoming residential home that provides a supportive and stable environment for children and young people. The home offers a personalised approach to care within a calm, homely setting, supporting young people to feel secure, respected and understood.
The home accommodates a small number of young people, allowing staff to provide consistent, relationship-based support tailored to individual needs. Clear routines, positive boundaries and a nurturing atmosphere help promote emotional wellbeing, stability and a sense of belonging.

Meadow House is led by an experienced management team and staffed by skilled practitioners who are committed to understanding each young person’s strengths, needs and aspirations. Support is delivered through individual care planning, key-working and regular engagement, ensuring young people are actively involved in decisions about their care and daily lives.
The home works closely with families, social workers, education providers and health professionals to ensure coordinated and responsive support. Young people are encouraged and supported to engage in education, meaningful activities and the development of practical life skills that promote confidence, independence and future readiness.
Safeguarding, respect and dignity are central to practice at Meadow House, with a clear focus on supporting progress, maintaining stability and helping young people move forward positively.
