Raising concerns. Acting responsibly. Protecting standards
Prospera Group is committed to promoting an open and transparent culture where concerns can be raised safely, appropriately and without fear of disadvantage.
Whistleblowing is an important part of maintaining safe, well-led and accountable services. We encourage staff, professionals and others connected with our services to speak up if they have concerns about unsafe practice, poor conduct, safeguarding matters or behaviour that may place children, young people or others at risk.
Concerns can be raised confidentially and will be taken seriously, handled sensitively and considered in line with our whistleblowing procedures. All reports are reviewed appropriately and, where necessary, acted upon in a timely and proportionate manner.
Prospera Group recognises the importance of protecting individuals who raise genuine concerns. We do not tolerate victimisation or disadvantage as a result of whistleblowing, and we are committed to ensuring concerns can be raised in good faith and with confidence.
Our whistleblowing arrangements support accountability, continuous improvement and a culture of professionalism, helping to ensure high standards of care and safeguarding across all services.
Prospera Group is committed to providing safe, supportive and well-managed services for children and young people. We recognise the importance of listening to concerns and responding to them openly, respectfully and appropriately.
Concerns may be raised by children and young people, families, professionals, staff or members of the public. These may relate to care, safety, practice, decision-making or any aspect of our services. Raising a concern helps us reflect, learn and improve.
All concerns are taken seriously and handled in line with our policies and procedures. We aim to respond in a timely, proportionate and fair manner, ensuring that concerns are considered carefully and addressed appropriately.
Where concerns relate to safeguarding or potential risk of harm, these are managed in line with safeguarding procedures and shared with relevant professionals and agencies where required.
Prospera Group promotes a culture of openness, accountability and continuous improvement. Raising a concern will not result in disadvantage or unfair treatment, and individuals will be supported to raise issues in good faith.
Our commitment is to ensure that concerns are used constructively to strengthen practice, maintain high standards and support positive outcomes for children and young people.
