Therapeutic Care Worker

Provide day to day care, guidance and support to children and young people within a safe and nurturing environment. As a Residential Care Worker, you will build positive relationships, promote wellbeing and help young people develop the confidence, resilience and life skills needed to reach their full potential.

Therapeutic Team Leader

Lead and support the delivery of high quality care for children and young people within a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment. As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in guiding daily practice, supporting colleagues and helping young people develop the confidence, resilience and life skills needed to thrive.

House Deputy Manager

Support the leadership and day to day operation of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and practice are consistently maintained. As a Deputy Manager, you will help lead and develop the team while creating a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people can grow, achieve and thrive.
