With a strong focus on achieving positive outcomes, Owen oversees the implementation of organisational strategies, ensuring that services remain child centred, effective and aligned with regulatory requirements and best practice. He is passionate about creating cultures where high quality care, professional development and continuous learning are embedded throughout the organisation.
Owen is committed to strong governance, continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of care. He works closely with managers, practitioners and external professionals to ensure services remain compliant, well led and responsive to the needs of children, families and placing authorities. Through collaborative leadership and a focus on innovation, he supports the ongoing development of services that deliver meaningful and lasting impact for the children and young people in Prospera Group’s care.

Kieran plays a key role in shaping the operational and cultural direction of Prospera Group. With a background spanning education, development and leadership, he brings a strong understanding of how positive environments, effective teams and consistent practice contribute to better outcomes for children and young people. He supports the delivery of high quality, child centred care across services, ensuring that the organisation’s values and standards are reflected in day to day practice.
Passionate about developing people and strengthening organisational culture, Kieran works closely with managers and staff to build confident, skilled and resilient teams. He promotes reflective practice, encourages continuous learning and supports colleagues to develop the knowledge and confidence required to meet the complex needs of children in care.
Kieran focuses on creating stable, nurturing environments where children feel safe, valued and supported to achieve their potential.
