Our Therapeutic Approach to Reporting & Recording

The STARR Model

At Prospera Group, our approach is centred on providing safe, stable and nurturing environments where children and young people can develop, progress and feel a sense of belonging.

We deliver care through a relationship-based and child-centred approach, underpinned by clear routines, appropriate boundaries and consistent practice. This helps promote emotional wellbeing, stability and positive engagement, while ensuring each young person is supported as an individual.

Our teams work in partnership with children, families, social workers, education providers and other professionals to ensure care is coordinated, responsive and aligned with agreed plans. Individual needs, strengths and risks are carefully considered through assessment, planning and regular review.

We place strong emphasis on safeguarding, reflective practice and continuous improvement. Through effective leadership, supervision and oversight, we ensure our approach remains purposeful, accountable and focused on achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
